His main aim with holding space and sharing the practices is to use different ancient tools & techniques and apply it to a modern context and bridge the gap between "non-spiritualists" and "spiritualists" and make these tools more accessible to all.
LIFE AWARENESS BREATH
Life Awareness Breath is a practice of activating the Energy body through traditional yogic breath, triggering different systems such as Nervous system, Lymphatic system, Cardio vascular system etc.., then working with awareness and presence to guide our way through releasing any blocks, finally slowing down and coming to a silence. This is a practice of self-awareness, self-acceptance and self-love.
