My technique takes its inspiration from Swedish massage, Lomi Lomi, Tantra and emotional release bodywork, combined with my own knowledge, experience and intuition, gained over the past 10 years of bodywork practice.

My goal is not to fix or heal you, but rather to guide you into a safe and empowered space. From that space of awareness you can decide by yourself what you want to keep or what you want to get rid of.
